Elvis Presley 1955 "Sun Records Studio Period"

This is where it all began, the mythical era of Sun Records in 1955. By drawing this evocation of his very first steps, I wanted to capture the raw spark of rockabilly. The pastel work gives a 'vintage' patina to the piece, like a precious memory exhumed from the past. One can read in it the ambition, the pure talent, and the innocence of the young boy from Tupelo.
